How we work
Engagements begin with a written outcome statement and a senior-led discovery. From there, work moves in two-week increments with working software at the end of each cycle. Architecture decisions, threat models, and operational runbooks are all written down.
We do not staff projects with junior engineers behind senior names. The people who scope a program are the people who deliver it.
